The purpose of the MS International Leader Training Seminar is to inspire and prepare you for the challenges that await you as the leader of an international group.
The learning process of the seminar is based on the principle learning by doing which requires your active involvement in planning and carrying out the programme. This means that no final solutions will be given to you, but you will have the opportunity to work on different aspects of being a leader, and thereby obtain the tools you need to be the leader of a work camp.
