MOOC - Breaking Barriers, Building Bridges: OBLIO’s Journey to Equality

E-learning

24 May - 31 July 2024 | Spain

Transform youth organizations into inclusive spaces! Our course offers dynamic exercises and real-world scenarios. Dive in to make everyone feel valued, regardless of gender.

The OBLIO Project is an initiative by Centrul de Voluntariat Cluj-Napoca (Romania), in collaboration with the Cazalla Intercultural (Spain) and Graal Portugal (Portugal), funded by the Erasmus+.
This MOOC is one of the intellectual outputs of the project.
Enrolling in this course you’ll dive deep into understanding why gender inequalities persist and how they surface in everyday life, especially in youth organizations. We’ll arm you with practical tools to pinpoint different types of gender inequalities, understand their impact on individuals and communities, and develop strategies to address them effectively. And more importantly to effectively diagnose and recognize gender inequalities in your organizations. This course will help you construct action plans to implement changes and foster equality.

You’ll also become a change agent, learning how to inspire others and spread the word about the importance of gender equality. This isn’t just about making a statement – it’s about creating a lasting impact.

We get it, life’s busy. That’s why we’ve designed this course to be flexible, fitting around your schedule. Expect to dedicate some hours a week – a small investment for a big leap in making your community a fairer place for everyone.
