Training Course

Mindful Balance is a training for youth workers to explore yoga, plant-based nutrition, and mindful living—blending theory and practice to boost wellbeing, energy, and balance.

Mindful Balance is a unique Erasmus+ mobility project for youth workers, merging personal development with innovative educational methods. It offers a rare opportunity to recharge, gain new tools for youth engagement, and explore holistic wellbeing in a professional and international setting.

This training blends non-formal education with wellness practices, including:

- Yoga and physical wellbeing

- Mindful living and meditation

- Plant-based nutrition and sustainable health

- Nature-based activities and emotional self-awareness

This training is designed specifically for youth workers, trainers, and educators actively involved in non-formal learning, youth work, and community engagement. Participants must be 18+, have relevant experience in youth work, sports, or non-formal education, and be motivated to deepen their impact through wellness and holistic practices. Fluency in English is required.

With expert facilitators from Champions Factory and Vitarama, the programme goes beyond theory to offer transformative personal experiences, applicable to youth work environments across Europe.

Programme Highlights:

- Daily yoga, aqua-gym, and breathing practices

- Lectures on holistic health, vegan cooking, and nutrition

- Guided hikes in the mountains of Bansko

- Consultations with professional dietitians and therapists

- Optional holistic massages and SPA experiences
