This Training Course is directed to those who want improve their leadership skills, get to know methods of outdoor activities in field as group dynamic, teambuilding, self-confidence. Based on outdoor methods, as the tool in work with youngsters.

This Training Course is directed to all those who work with youth and want improve their leadership skills, get to know methods of outdoor activities in field as group dynamic, teambuilding, self-confidence. Training Course is based on outdoor methodology which is treated as a tool in work with youngsters. The training course aims at learning methods of experiential learning which is based on outdoor educations. Outdoor education in this TC involves group dynamic development, improving leadership skills and communications skills, coaching process. The programme is constructed the way to encourage its participants to use outdoor methods in youth work in order to enable them to support young people to act actively in their local community. Youth workers by developing their work will be able to enhance personal and social development of young people with whom their work. This will result on improving quality of Youth in Action projects. During the activity participants will take part in various workshops concerning leadership skills, communication skill, teambuilding and group developing skills. Innovative work methods such as outdoor education and experiencing learning will be used. There will be also a session when particiants will learn how to run the project that involves young people with fewer opportunities and also how to include those exluded into youth activity. The Training Course will take place in Zwierzyniec which is located in Lublin region. It will last 7 days and brings together 25 young people from 10 countries: Italy, Latvia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Germany, Romania, Spain, Hungary, Austria and Poland.

Sempre a Frente Foundarion was established in 2010 in Lublin in order to support the participation of young people in social
life and to promote active citizenship. The most important goals of Sempre a Frente Foundation are: leading educational and
cultural activities in order to empower social and personal development, especially children and youth and also learning and
promoting active participation in social life. Another important goal is promoting and supporting voluntary work amongst youth.
Those goals are implemented by organizing meeting, seminars and conferences which are to promote the idea of non-formal
education.
Sempre a Frente Foundarion team is experienced in local and international activities of the ﬁeld of youth projects. All members
for several years have been engaged in work with youth and encouraging young people in working on local and international
projects. Members of Sempre a Frente Foundation have been co-operating with many non-govermental organizations in Lublin
Region, where they are responsible for coordination “Youth in Action” projects. Thanks to this work they have got experience
and knowledge in frame of youth work.
What is more, Foundation creates plenty posibilities of personal development for cooperating with informal youth groups, by
supporting them with realizing their own ideas and projects.

Accommodation: costs for accommodation and board are fully covered by the organizer Travel costs: travel costs will be covered in 70%. Training course fee: 30 EURO
