This Partnership Building Activity (PBA) Mind EUR Mental Health will provide an opportunity for youth workers and newcomers to meet project partners working to develop youth exchanges within the framework of the new Youth in Action/Erasmus+ programme, particularly projects working across the theme of Mental Health. The aim is to promote the creation of new partnerships which will lead to youth exchanges. Background The year 2014 is the European Year of Mental Health. Mental health is seen as an integral part of the quality of life and well-being for all people in the EU and a prerequisite for individuals being able to realise their intellectual and emotional potential. For society, it is a source of social cohesion and of better social well-being and economic prosperity. Youth exchanges can be an important tool to promote mental health amongst young people.
