Q&A

  • Q: I work with young people but not conducting professional mentoring with them. Can I apply for the project?
A: You can apply for the project if you don't have experience with structured mentoring processes. During the Training course, we will focus on structuring knowledge and skills you already use in youth work and enriching them.

  • Q: I can't participate for the whole duration of the project, can I still apply?
A: Unfortunately, due to group process and guidelines, we as organisers have to follow only applications for the whole period of the project will be considered.

  • Q: I'm from a different age group than the targeted one. Can I still apply for the project?
A: The baseline age for the Training courses is 18 years old. The project is mainly dedicated to participants aged from 20 to 30 years old. If, during the process of revising your application, your form is found fitting with the project, there is a possibility of accepting it despite of age difference.
