As a first activity for 2023, we invite you to join us for a MeetUp about mental health in the work with youth, within European Solidarity Corps. This meeting is the first one of two online gatherings, organised prior to the residential event SoliDARE 2023
The topics addressed in this first meeting (14:00 - 15:30 CEST) will be:
⨳ Sources of emotional distress
⨳ How to support a person in an emotional distress
⨳ Calming down, box breathing
⨳ Invitation to forest bathing
The meeting will be facilitated by three experience facilitators:
⨳ Cristina Rigman - adaptability quotient practitioner & coach, DISC behavior analysis consultant
⨳ Bára Rodi - trained in Gestalt psychotherapy, medical background
⨳ Dagna Gmitrowicz - forest therapy guide certified by The Association of Nature and Forest Therapy
