Partnership-building Activity

2 March 2021 | Tbilisi, Georgia

Networking activity for NGOs, ESC Coordinators, Mentors, youth workers involved in ESC and youth volunteering activities. The aim is to provide space for exchanging best practices, set up new partnerships and work on ideas for future cooperation.

2021 starts with new challenges and also it opens door of new opportunities launching new Erasmus+ & European Solidarity Corps program for 2021-2027, which will offer milions of people Youth mobility, Volunteering, Traineeships, Jobs, Local Solidarity Projects. Lots of new organizations getting engaged in youth field and awarded by Quality Label and preparing meaningful project proposals for coming deadlines. Many of us experienced power of international network and solidarity, especially in these pandemic days, when we all miss Erasmus+ projects, meeting new people, sharing new opportunities our super proactive Erasmus+ & ESC Team prepared very useful, interactive networking online event.

Online event welcomes all the partners from programme countries, who have been awarded by Quality Label for hosting and /or sending volunteers. Participants will not only get to know each other and find like-minded partner organization, but also receive hands-on advice on improving ESC projects and activities, volunteer recruitment, mentorship.

Online Event will be organized using by ZOOM platform and facilitated by NGO "ProActive Group Georgia" team, as the host of the event. Meeting Date: 2nd March.

Proactive Group Georgia is a civil society organization, whose mission is to promote and support the development of a free, democratic and progressive-minded proactive society.
We create learning opportunities for young people through promoting civil activism, social entrepreneurship, democratic youth participation, cultural diversity, by various non-formal education methods and activities, which helps people to grow on a personal and professional level, to be more proactive citizen of society. Moreover, we equip them with various Soft & Hard skills for employability. In order to achieve our organization mission, we implement local/ international projects with donors and supporters.
As a result, ProActive Group Georgia implements various local and international projects and activities. Thanks to our international partners, we have already lots of successful partnership projects within Erasmus+ program and had an opportunity to send youth groups(high school students, teachers, youth) to various international projects, over 400 youth so far in total, and many more to come. We also have experience of hosting various international projects, co-organizing together with EU institutions, governmental organizations and with other international NGO’s. Our organization already hosted several international projects in Georgia, including Erasmus+, Visegrad+ Grants activities, we are partners in 2 on-going Erasmus+ KA2 Capacity Building projects too. Organization is awarded by Quality Label and able to host and send volunteers until 2027.
Organization target group: Youth with fewer opportunities facing geographical and economical obstacles; Living in rural areas of Georgia, high school and university students, Youth age of 14-30. Activity Fields: Youth Participation; Democracy; Intercultural Dialogue; Employability and Entrepreneurship; Environmental protection, European Citizenship.
