Mastering the art of training: training for trainers in non-formal education

This training desinged by trainers in non-formal education who are well familiar with the processes, methods and challenges within the process. Training will provide "full circle" and tackle all topics relevant for successfull facilitation of different non-formal activities with different target groups. Training will follow the logical flow of each project/activity and provide participants with the insight into each of the phases - from planning and preparation to evaluation and follow-up. 

Objectives of the training are: 

- to support professional development of youth workers, youth leaders and trainers in the field of facilitation of non-formal learning activities

- to gain and/or improve competences highly needed to empower and support young people to actively engage and develop their capacities

- to develop the ability to think more critically and complexly about issues relevant to engaging with differences

- to encourage and support partner organizations in strengthening their commitment to quality in non-formal learning at international, national and local levels
