This project brings together youth workers to explore how digital tools can enhance non-formal education and youth work.
Through practical activities, experimentation and peer learning, participants will discover and test digital tools and methods that can make learning more interactive, creative and engaging.
A particular focus will be placed on digital gamification as a way to increase young people’s motivation, participation and engagement in learning activities.
Objectives of the training course:
1. Develop youth workers’ digital competences.
2. Explore digital tools and methods for non-formal education.
3. Explore digital gamification as a way to increase young people’s engagement and motivation.
4. Increase confidence in designing interactive and creative digital activities.
5. Exchange good practices and ideas between youth workers.
About the coordinator organisation:
Le Lab Lisieux Normandie is a secular and apolitical association, created in 2018, with the ambition of being an incubator of citizen initiatives, federating young people from Lisieux and its agglomeration, Lisieux Normandie, around European values, encouraging them to international mobility, notably through the Erasmus+ program.
Profile of participants:
1. Be a legal resident of one of the partnering organisations' countries in this project.
2. Youth workers with fewer opportunities are welcome.
3. Motivated and able to take part in the full duration of the activity (training course) and be involved in the local activity in their home country (presenting a one-hour workshop with at least 10 local youths together with the country group) after the training course.
4. Having background experience in non-formal education.
5. Aged 18+.
6. Able to communicate independently in English.
7. We highly recommend keeping the gender balance.
8. Newcomers to Erasmus+ are welcome.
Accommodation:
The project will take place in Bakuriani, Georgia.
The accommodation is a well-equipped hotel: GRAND NOEL. The participants will stay in shared rooms (3-4 persons in each room) with private bathrooms. Essential items, such as towels, linens, and hairdryers, will be provided, and 3 meals and coffee breaks will be fully covered by the project.

There is no participation fee
Accommodation will be organised in shared rooms. Food and coffee breaks will be provided for free.
The organisers will fully cover the travel costs. All tickets should be approved by the project manager to be eligible for reimbursement.
