Mobility Academy for Local Leaders is a 3 modules TC which is designed to support youth leaders or beginner youth workers in their development from local work to international projects implementation

Are you intersted to start to start organizing international projects?
Did you take part in youth exchange and you would like to organize one yourself?
If you are from Czech Republic, Poland or Slovakia and you can answer yes to most of questions above, this training is for you!
What you can expect?
• 3 module (2 trainings and one evaluation meeting)
• Online support from trainers team (coaching) and from the group members (online platform)
• Support in putting into practice new gained skills and knowledge during local activity and international project
Each module will take place in different country (Poland, Czech Republic or Slovakia):
1st training (Poland) 21-25 November 2016 - will be focused getting to know each other, sharing local experience, reflecting on your role in your local community, exploring project management tools and planning local activities.
2nd training (Czech Republic) 10-14 January 2017 - will be about evaluating activities which participants will implement on local level and developing common ideas for international projects. Participants will also learn more about possibilities and benefits of international cooperation in the frame of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action programme After second modules participants are expected to work together and plan or implement international projects.
3rd meeting - evaluation meeting (Slovakia) 20-24 June 2017 - will be about evaluating implemented projects, looking back on what did you learn during whole process, and planning possible cooperation project for future.
We believe that neighbourhood cooperation of Slovakia, Poland and Czech Republic is an excellent opportunity for those who are not experienced in international work but are ready to start it.
Selected participants will attend all three modules.

This project is financed by the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country. Please contact your Erasmus+: Youth in Action NA to learn more about the financial details, and how to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
