Long Term TC "On The Way to Learn"

Long Term project to increase the leadership skills and self-confidence of youth workers, using Outdoor Education and Experiential Learning method as a tool for personal growth and group development
The LTTC project foresees 3 phases each one structured on different steps. We are currently looking for participants for the 1st training course to be held in Georgia and will to participate in the all project steps as described below.
• Phase 1
o Step 1.1: meeting of a steering committee in Georgia to fine-tune the program of the 1th training, discuss the focus of the 2nd training, develop a call for participants and selection procedure. (15-17 December 2015)
o Step 1.2: implementation of the 1st “OWL” training course in Georgia with a focus on what is outdoor education and experiential learning and going through and outdoor educational and experiential learning program itself as participant. (August 31st September 8th 2016)
o Step 1.3: 2 monthly coaching of participants by trainer team + coaching on project development teams
o Step 1.4 : meeting of the steering committee for the evaluation of step 2 + further development of phase 2 and follow-up of the coaching. (winter 2016)
• Phase 2
o Step 2.1: implementation of the 2nd training course in Belgium with a focus on outdoor education as personal development of individuals and groups. (Beginning 2017)
o Steps 2.2 – 2.3 – 2.4:
o monthly coaching of participants by trainer team + coaching of project development teams with a focus on the implementation of the projects developed in participant groups.
o implementation of the project designed by the group. (till spring 2017)
o meeting of the steering committee for the evaluation of phase 2 + further development of phase 3 and follow-up of the coaching
• Phase 3
o Step 3.1 implementation of the 3rd training with a focus on personal and group learning, follow-up, establishing a trainers network among the organizations. (autumn 2017)
o Step 3.2: meeting of the steering committee for the overall evaluation of the LTTC. (winter 2017)

Costs
The travel costs for the 1st training issubsidized by the Erasmus+:Youth in Action program.
You are obliged to choose the most economic travel solution.
The maximum amount we can reimburse per participant to travel to Georgia is:
- Georgia, Armenia : 180 euro
- Greece : maximum 275 euro.
- Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Czech Republic : maximum 360 euro.
- Belgium, Turkey : 530 euro.
- Spain and Portugal : 820 euro
A participation fee of € 50,00 per participant is foreseen 50 euro.
Our plan is to apply for the 3 trainings through Erasmus+ program. The first 1 has been already approved, the 2nd is applied and the 3rd will be designed by the participants. We'd like participants to know in advance the commitment to the 3 phases, although they are not approved yet. Logically for the other 2 seminars, the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Key Action 1 rules for travel reimbursement would apply when being granted by the Programme.
Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
