LIME - Learing In Moving Experiences

Training Course

24-27 April 2025 | Lago di Bolsena , Italy

4-day adventure around a lake to foster personal growth and meaningful connections with others. You will embrace uncertainty, with no guaranteed meals, or accommodations, and relying instead on creativity and the local rural community's hospitality.

An immersive four-day experiential journey around Lake Bolsena, designed to challenge, inspire, and transform by Kamaleonte

From 12:30 PM on April 24th to 12:30 PM on April 27th, 2025, participants will embark on a trekking adventure that combines physical exploration, personal development, and experiential learning. This training course is a follow-up event of several Erasmus+ projects carried out in recent years, including Refl'Action, iMotion, and ExitBurnout. It serves as a dissemination event to share the practices and results of these projects.

This initiative is part of the broader vision of the International Academy of Experiential Education (viaexperientia.net), aiming to expand the Italian and European experiential education network. It is not a commercial initiative but a unique opportunity to foster collaboration and connection among like-minded professionals youth-workers and educators.

The experience does not end after the four-day journey: participants will have access to a coaching period and practical application support through the Academy’s network, which includes more than 48 partners across European countries.

This program is entirely technology-free—no mobile phones, no digital distractions—allowing participants to be fully present in the moment. With no guaranteed meals, accommodations, or use of money, the adventure fosters creativity, collaboration, and resilience as participants rely on their resourcefulness and the hospitality of local communities.

The journey becomes a shared story, co-created through collective problem-solving, decision-making, and mutual support.

This experience is carefully designed to promote personal growth, relational skills, and professional development, particularly in youth work and experiential education.
