Partnership-building Activity
8-12 May 2023 | Finland
Let's Work Together Internationally activity aims to create a space for networking and establishing new co-operation between organisations who holds European Solidarity Corps Quality Label for volunteering activities and are interested to target volunteering projects to NEET youngsters.
Building partnerships and learning about the possibilities
The aim of the Let's Work Together Internationally activity is to establish and build up partnerships among organisations to co-operate in the future volunteering project that are focusing on NEET-youngsters. During the activity we also get familiar with elements of good and strong partnership and share the understanding why it is important, when working with this specific target group.
Participants learn the possibilities that European Solidarity Corp program, especially the volunteering activity has to offer. During the activity we will explore different types of volunteering projects (long term, short term, team volunteering, solidarity project) and understand how these can be used with this target. Specific focus will be put to the different supporting elements/ finance instruments that the program has, when working with NEET youngsters.
With all of this, we aim to encourage and boost creation of new partnerships, and hopefully fruitfully cooperation in the future!

Safe, accessible and sustainable
In this event, we follow the principles of a safer space. We strive to ensure that everyone is met as their own self and that no one has to fear discrimination or harassment. We want you to respect the same principle.
Our activities are accessible to people with different abilities. If you need a support person, accessible room and transport or other kind of support, we will provide it for you. You can tell your individual needs in beforehand so we can support you in your participation.
We take sustainability in consideration where we can. Since most participants have to fly over the sea to Finland, we encourage you to travel on land within Finland. We also encourage you to contact your own national agency to find out how they support low emission travelling to activities abroad.
We provide plant-based meals, or use locally grown and produced foods, as much as possible. We also encourage you to contact your own national agency to find out how they support low emission travelling to activities abroad.
