LEC (Love Every Challenge)

Training Course

10-14 April 2026 | Rites, Latvia

LEC (Love Every Challenge) is a personal development and leadership training for youth workers combining nature, embodiment, and teamwork. 5 days to step out of your comfort zone, grow resilience, and discover your inner strength.

LEC (Love Every Challenge) is a 5-day leadership and self-development training for youth workers, trainers, volunteers, and educators who want to deepen self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and bring new methods back into their youth work.

Working with young people can be rewarding — but also exhausting. Many youth workers feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about their next steps. LEC offers a space to pause, reflect, and recharge while also learning tools that can be applied directly in their personal life and non-formal education settings.

At the heart of LEC is the invitation to:
“Become a leader you wish to follow.” This means learning to lead from your values, cultivating emotional intelligence, and embodying the resilience and courage that you wish to inspire in others.

The training is based on the Swedish Value Based Leadership programme, enriched with synergy methods and our own 20 years of experience in experiential learning. We combine:

  • Adventure & outdoors: stretching comfort zones, building trust, and exploring leadership through symbolic challenges in nature.
  • Embodiment & community: movement, storytelling, role play, and sharing circles to explore emotions, values, and inner compass.
  • Experience & reflection: learning by doing, then transferring insights into daily life and youth work practice.

Participants will:

  • Develop personal resilience and self-leadership, essential in preventing burnout.
  • Gain practical tools for group facilitation, reflection processes, and working with challenges.
  • Strengthen their emotional intelligence and ability to support young people in transitions and difficulties.
  • Join a community of youth workers from Latvia and other European countries, sharing experiences and building networks for future cooperation.

For the 20th time, Piedzīvojuma Gars invites you to this training in the Latvian countryside — far from distractions, close to nature, and surrounded by peers. More than 300 participants have already joined, many describing it as a turning point in both life and work.

When: 10 - 14 April 2026
Where: Rites countryside home, Latvia
Who: Youth workers, trainers, volunteers, educators, and others active in the youth field (18+)

Our approach is based on adventure, community, and reflection – helping people discover their strengths, values, and inner compass through direct experience. We are part of the international network of experiential educators and have guided thousands of participants to stretch their comfort zones, connect with themselves and others, and grow into active, conscious leaders in their own lives and communities.
