Training Course

6-14 September 2017 | Kolín, Czech Republic

This project will take your leadership skills to the next level, raise your confidence in taking leadership role and provide you with experience you can use everywhere. We invite you to come to hear the experience of others and share yours!
The TC “LTPM- Leadership Through Project Method” will bring together youth workers, youth leaders, trainers and project organizers from different EU countries with the purpose of equipping them with skills needed to grow as a youth leader, whilst introducing the project method way of learning. They will learn how to work on projects, make decisions, solve problems, plan budgets and implement their activities. The training course aims at acquiring new skills and knowledge, professional and generic competencies, which will help them raise self-esteem, learn how to work, raise competitiveness, and improve coaching skills in order to transfer their knowledge and skills to young people.

1. Country - max travel grant Croatia - 180 Euro Denmark - 275 Euro Poland - 180 Euro Lithuania - 275 Euro Italy - 275 Euro Spain - 360 Euro Macedonia - 275 Euro 2. Yes, we are starting on 6th Sep with dinner, ending with 14th with breakfast (travel dates). 3. There will be no participation fee.
