La formation vise à familiariser les participants à la subvention européenne Erasmus + - Partenariats de coopération (KA220), à les former et accompagner dans la construction de leur projet de partenariat, depuis la formalisation de leur idée dans la candidature de subvention jusqu’à la réalisation et mise en œuvre de leur projet. Durant un peu plus de 3 jours, des formateurs-intervenants partageront conseils et astuces avec les participants pour concevoir un bon projet de coopération Erasmus+. En particulier, la formation apporte les outils aux participants pour :

• Mettre en œuvre une idée, définir des objectifs, planifier leur projet de partenariat européen au sein de leur organisation;
• Identifier et valoriser les bonnes pratiques de travail et les difficultés qu’ils/elles aimeraient améliorer à travers leur projet de coopération européen ;
• Identifier le public cible du projet, réfléchir aux activités qui seront mises en place pour impliquer son/ses public(s) et travailler sur un budget réaliste;
• Rencontrer des personnes qui partagent les mêmes préoccupations, échanger des expériences et identifier des pistes de travail concrètes ;

In fine, avoir un projet prêt à soumettre pour l’appel à propositions Erasmus+- Cooperation partnership de mars ou automne 2024 !

Profil des participants :

• Travailleurs de jeunesse, éducateurs, travailleurs sociaux, chargés de projet dans une association ;
• Avoir une/des idée(s) de projet « Partenariats de coopération » que l’on aimerait développer, renforcer et tester au cours de la formation et se familiariser avec les aspects « qualité » de cette action;
• S’engager à participer activement sur toute la durée de la formation
• Être capable de travailler en français

The training aims to familiarise participants with the European grant Erasmus + - Cooperation Partnerships (KA220), to train and support them in the construction of their partnership project, from the formalization of their idea in the grant application to the implementation of their project. Over the course, the trainers and speakers will share tips and tricks with participants on how to design a good Erasmus+ cooperation project. In particular, the course will focus on :

• implement an idea, define objectives and plan their European partnership project within their organisation;
• Identify and highlight good practices and difficulties that they would like to improve through their European cooperation project;
• Identify the project's target public and think about activities to be put in place to involve this public and work on a realistic budget;
• Meet people who share the same preoccupations, exchange experiences and identify concrete work opportunities;
• Ultimately, to have a project ready to submit for the Erasmus+- Cooperation partnership call for proposals in March or autumn 2024!

Profile of participants:

• Youth workers, educators, social workers, project managers in an organisation;
• Have one or more project ideas that you would like to develop, strengthen and test during the course and improve knowledge of the quality criteria of this action;
• Engage in participating actively in the whole duration of the training course;
• Be able to work in French
