Aims and objectives:
- To position youth as a priority in Ukraine’s recovery, resilience, and European integration processes
- To elevate youth development as a strategic domain
- To foster civic resilience through inclusive, evidence-based youth policies and systems
- To build international support for Ukraine’s youth by sharing successful, innovative projects that can grow and be used in different areas
- To highlight Lviv – European Youth Capital 2025 as a city for empowering young people through participation, leadership, and inclusive recovery — in line with its mission to strengthen youth engagement, civic resilience, and cross-border cooperation
Expected outcomes:

- sharing of inspirational practices
- youth projects development in the field of EU-Ukraine integration
Target audience: youth leaders, youth workers and youth policy makers from Ukraine and EU countries
Location: Brussels, Belgium (Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre, Address: Rue du Midi 135, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium) (participants will be accommodated in twin rooms)

Costs
Participation fee
Participants from Eastern Partnership countries will not pay a participation fee. Participants from the Programme Countries are requested to contact their National Agency in order to clarify this issue. It will depend on each NA's policy.
Accommodation and food
The hosting National Agency or SALTO will organise the accommodation and cover the costs for accommodation and food.
Travel reimbursement
Please contact your National Agency (NA) or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
