The International Foundation for Y-PEER Development (IFYD) is calling for the youth workers residing in Bulgaria, Italy, North Macedonia, Georgia, Portugal, Croatia, Ukraine, Armenia, Germany, Greece, Turkey and Lithuania to join an International Training Course “Dialogue Through Interactive Theater for Equality” that will take place in Petrohan Pass, Bulgaria between 15th to 22th September 2021.
The main objective is to provide specialized training for educators and youth workers to deliver effective dynamic messages through interactive theater techniques to young people on issues related to Gender Equality, Gender Based Violence (GBV), Combating Taboos, Stigma and Discrimination affecting vulnerable groups, Peace building and Conflict Resolution.

International Foundation for Y-peer Development (Youth NGO)
IFYD was established in 2016 and is based on the experience of the professionals and volunteers at the International Institute for Youth Development PETRI Sofia (www.petri-sofia.org), which has more than 13 years of experience working with young people on topics related to the objectives and priorities related to youth development and providing support for the Y-PEER Network.. The Institute, set up in 2007 as a joint project of the National Center of Public Health and Analyses, the Y-PEER and UNFPA,, aims to contribute to the empowerment of young people by focusing on their sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender equality, advocacy and peace. The main objective of the Institute and the Foundation is to develop and implement effective and sustainable youth policies in these areas at regional, European and global level. IFYD links institutions, non governmental organizations and young people by developing innovative and inclusive training programs, creating platforms for networking and collaboration, working in the field of research and analysis related to sexual and reproductive health and rights of young people.

Y-PEER Foundation will provide a transfer for you from the airport/bus station in Sofia to the venue of the Training Course and back, on 15 September and 22 September. The Training Course will take place in the Creative House Petrohan, a house located in the Petrohan Pass of the mountain Stara Planina.
The organizers will reimburse you according to the limit for travel costs for each participant, based on presented original tickets and boarding passes. If your travel costs are lower or the same as this amount, you get the reimbursement 100% of your real travel costs. If your travel costs are higher, then you will have to cover the amount exceeding the limit.
Concerning the visa cost for people from Turkey and Armenia, it will also be covered.
Please note that the travel costs will be reimbursed in cash in Bulgarian leva during the Training Course. You will have the opportunity to exchange to EUR or another currency in Sofia.
The cost for the test is going to be covered by the
project within the limit of your travel costs.
