International Fair Of Good Practices And Tools In Erasmus+ Youth And European Solidarity Corps Projects In Inclusion And Diversity

Seminar

20-24 November 2023 | Mollina (Málaga), Spain

This event aligns with a top priority of the Spanish National Agency, serving as a platform to promote inclusion in Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps programs.

This Fair arises from the perceived need among entities, beneficiaries, trainers, and program officials involved in Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps in Europe. Its aim is to enhance project quality through the exchange and analysis of the applicability of good practices and tools created and implemented within Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps projects with an inclusive focus.

This TCA/NET proposal is (in line with) part of the strategy of the Spanish National Agency, which aims to directly benefit groups and youth collectives facing significant barriers to accessing opportunities and experiencing various forms of discrimination: young people at risk of social exclusion and in need of financial support, those with educational and training difficulties, young women and mothers, LGBTQ+ youth, young people (of) with migrant backgrounds, diverse ethnic and racial origins, or from rural areas.

Furthermore, the Fair will serve as a meeting point for individuals responsibles for project management and coordination, mentoring, and the monitoring of inclusive practices in Europe, with the goal of solidifying and expanding an international network of entities actively engaged in the execution of Inclusion projects within Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps.

The International Fair for the exchange of good practices and project tools within Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps programs in Inclusion and Diversity aims to:

• Promote the Erasmus+ Youth program and the European Solidarity Corps, as well as the tools developed and used by European organizations in the frame of inclusive projects and experiences of the programs, their various actions, and the priority of Inclusion and Diversity.

• Facilitate an exchange space for inclusive projects, experiences, and best practices among different stakeholders of the Erasmus+ Youth program and ESC in Inclusion and Diversity in Europe.

• Enhance work on program priorities related to Inclusion, Environment and Sustainability, Digital Transition, and Youth Participation in Erasmus+ Youth and ESC projects.

• Create spaces for debate, analysis, and reflection on the tools and experiences presented to improve the quality of future Erasmus+ Youth and ESC projects in Inclusion and Diversity.

• Strengthen the community of members involved in the implementation of inclusive projects within Erasmus+ Youth and ESC.

This International Fair of good practices and projets tools aims to be a space for the exchange of experiences, projects, and resources created and implemented within Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps projects related to Inclusion and Diversity, as well as a meeting point for managers, coordinators, mentors, and promoters who will contribute to a better implementation of the programs and the priority of Inclusion and Diversity.

The activity methodology will focus on peer-to-peer non-formal education, using various methods and means to maximize exchange and interaction among participants.

Workshops will be organized to showcase inclusive projects, experiences, best practices, and tools in Inclusion and Diversity. The Fair will be facilitated using dynamic and participatory methods.
