Training Course
1-5 December 2025 | Warsaw, Poland
Intro: Working across cultures can be both inspiring and demanding. Differences in communication styles, approaches to time, decision-making, or teamwork can easily lead to misunderstandings – yet they can also open the door to innovation and richer cooperation. #interlab+ – Toolbox for Intercultural Cooperation offers a space to reflect on your own experiences, gain new perspectives, and experiment with practical methods. This training course will help you:
Alongside the learning process, you will also:
By the end of the training, you will leave with a ready-to-use “toolbox for intercultural cooperation” – practical methods and approaches that will help you reduce misunderstandings, strengthen positive collaboration, and make your international work more effective, enjoyable, and inspiring.
