Intercultural Project Essentials

The aim of the training course is to support the participants in developing projects and consequently their organisations and provide training elements of project development, project planning, and the educational planning of these projects. As we have a youth-enhancing approach, we also provide training elements about non-formal approaches and methodologies, youth communication strategies, social participation, and peer-education. In this training course we will bridge theory and practice, provide a platform for exchange of opinions, intercultural dialogue while also enhancing youth involvement, and increase competences towards the organisation of youth-led international and grass-root activities within a European dimension. As it is about the organisation of multiplication activities, this training course does not only target the participants but has a multiplying effect also for the other members of the participating organisations within the worked out activities.
