Training Course

14-23 July 2021 | Valpore, Italy

Integration Map will offer the participants the rare opportunity to explore deep psychology concepts and facets through the practice of embodiment within nature, guided through body movement, mirroring, reflection, improvisation, expression.

The intentions and the practices of the training course:  The training course will be a space where participants will be guided and invited to be active and authentic, to connect the mind with emotions and body, to take challenges, to explore openness and vulnerability in order to find the real inner strength, to develop their empathy, to cultivate their inspiring and transforming presence in the community.

The methodology adopted for this project, based on non-formal education and experiential learning, is:

  • Somatic and kinesthetic learning - holistic based education and body expression;
  • Connection with inner and outer nature - seeing nature as an inspiration for our lives;
  • Soul based experiences and practices - discovering the inner gifts;
  • Creativity expression - cultivating the deep imagination.

The main topics are:

  • Vulnerability: connecting with our inner self, beyond daily masks and armors;
  • Creativity: encouraging body and mind to explore and express the inner beauty waiting to be awakened;
  • Connection, inclusion and transformation: cultivating empathy and carefulness towards others and environment, becoming a source of positive transformation for the community.

Costs

Participation fee

To guarantee the high quality of the course you are invited to contribute with a participation fee that you can determine, between 60 and 100 euros, considering your economic possibilities.

Accommodation and food

The costs for accommodation and food are covered by the project.

Travel reimbursement

The travel costs of the participants will be refunded after the training course (based on the travel documents) to this maximum amounts:
Romania, Germany, Spain, Poland, France - 275 EUR
Slovenia - 180 EUR 
Italy - 0 EUR
Only travels from and to these countries will be refundable.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
