Money is one of the most significant sources of daily stress for young people, yet it remains one of the hardest topics to discuss openly, while equipping young people with financial management skills is essential in our complex economic landscape.
This session focuses on practical ways to integrate financial education into your daily youth work, including activities and frameworks to address money management, budgeting, and financial decision-making in everyday youth activities.
What will we explore?
The session will address:
Framing the economic context: Why financial literacy is a critical life skill for young people today and how youth work can bridge the gap.
Real stories, real impact: A guest expert will join us to share their knowledge and first-hand experience.
Actionable methods in practice: Concrete approaches to integrating financial education into your daily programs and youth projects.
The Youth@Work Ecosystem: How the Youth@Work Strategic Partnership can support your journey and future projects.
