“Inside Track” Webinar Series by the Youth@Work Partnership: Empowering Youth Employability through Personal Development

Training Course

3 September - 5 November 2026 | Online, Greece

These webinars are part of the “Inside Track” Webinar Series organized by the Youth@Work Partnership through the Spanish and Hellenic Erasmus+ National Agencies. “Inside Track” includes 5 webinars to be organised from September to November 2026.

Background and Rationale

Young people across Europe continue to face significant challenges in accessing quality employment opportunities. Beyond technical knowledge, they need confidence, self-awareness, transferable competences, and support to navigate their personal and professional pathways. Youth workers play a key role in accompanying young people on this journey.

Inspired by the EU Youth Strategy and European Youth Goal #7 – Quality Employment for All, this interactive webinar series is organised within the framework of the Youth@Work Strategic Partnership. Through three online webinars, participants will explore practical tools, methods and approaches based on non-formal learning to strengthen young people's employability and personal development.

Who is this webinar series for?

  • Youth workers
  • Youth leaders
  • Educators and trainers
  • Volunteers and employed staff working with young people

The webinar series is particularly relevant for those working with:

  • unemployed young people;
  • young people from rural areas;
  • young people with fewer opportunities.

AIM

The webinar series aims to strengthen the capacity of youth workers, youth leaders and educators to support young people's employability and personal development through practical tools, methods and approaches grounded in youth work and non-formal learning.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

By the end of this webinar series, participants will be able to:

  • Strengthen their understanding and analyse the concept of employability as a holistic combination of competences and personal development by applying the frameworks discussed in the webinars to their current professional practice.
  • Explore practical methods and tools that support young people's employability;
  • Demonstrate the ability to facilitate sessions that help young people recognise and articulate their achievements, meeting established non-formal learning quality standards.
  • Discover approaches that encourage initiative, participation and active engagement and design actionable approaches that encourage youth initiative and participation, as evidenced by the creation of a draft personal development action plan for a young person.
  • Exchange experiences and good practices with colleagues from across Europe, resulting in the identification of new strategies to implement in their local context.
