In the context of the Erasmus+ project INNO4IMPACT, the partners developed a training Manual of good practices and methodologies that aim to facilitate and improve the work of the youth workers with disadvantaged targets at risk of social exclusion. The main topics will be as follows:
- Exploration and enhancement of intercultural skills;
- Communication and conflict resolution skills;
- Soft skills involving difficult targets at risk of social exclusion;
- Good practices (activities and workshops) in the youth work.
The training courses are addressed to the following targets:
- Future youth workers who have undertaken a course of study in the field of social work;
- Youth workers who have just started their social work with youth.
