Training Course
25 June - 3 July 2026 | Tallinn, Estonia
Full description
INGAME is an international training course aimed at empowering youth workers with skills in gamification and game-based learning within non-formal education. The project focuses on creating inclusive and engaging learning environments by using games as educational tools.
During the training, participants will explore methods of non-formal education, learn how to design and facilitate educational games, and adapt activities for diverse groups, including participants with fewer opportunities. The project also emphasizes teamwork, intercultural exchange, and practical learning.
Participants will work in international groups, share experiences, and develop their own game-based learning tools that can be implemented in their local communities. The project promotes inclusion, creativity, and active participation, supporting youth workers in improving the quality of their educational activities.
