Lu (she/her) is a passionate trainer and facilitator who works with diverse groups in both formal and non-formal educational settings. She focuses on creating inclusive, compassionate learning spaces that encourage connection and growth. A lover of theatre, singing, and creative expression, she brings a playful energy to her sessions. When she's not facilitating, you can find her getting lost in the forest, embracing the calm of nature. Lu believes in the transformative power of education to inspire change, both in individuals and in communities.

Mateja (she/they) has been working as a trainer in the field of youth for the past few years, primarily working with LGBTIQ+ youth and diverse professionals who work and support (LGBTIQ+) youth. In their work, they focus on inclusion, safer spaces, intersectionality, and systems of oppression -  and explore how to bring these concepts closer in the learning processes. DIY enthusiast, cat lover, and proud bisexual, Mateja is happiest with a good abolitionist book during her morning coffee.
