Training Course

15-21 February 2026 | Side, Antalya, Türkiye

We invite youth associations to participate in our TC, designed to foster connections and collaboration within the field of inclusion in youth work.

The project aims to foster inclusivity and diversity within the youth sector by equipping participants with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to create more welcoming and inclusive environments. This will empower all young people, regardless of their background, to actively participate, contribute, and thrive in youth projects and community initiatives.

Objectives

  • Raise awareness about diversity and inclusion in youth settings.​
  • Develop inclusive practices and share successful strategies among participants.​
  • Empower young people to advocate for inclusion in their communities.​
  • Enhance cross-cultural understanding and respect.​
  • Encourage the active participation of underrepresented youth groups.​
  • Strengthen collaboration and networking among youth organizations and individuals.

Profile of participants:
✔Aged over 18 years old
✔youth worker representing an NGO active either in E+ or ESC programme , youth project manager, youth coaches 
✔Fluent in English
✔Able to disseminate the results of the TC in social media and through their work
✔Be open-minded, motivated and ready to share experience and good energy

Finacial aspects:
✔No participation fee
✔Travel days 14&22 february , reimbursement for travel  will be provided in accordance with the Erasmus+ rules
✔Accommodation is arranged in double-occupancy rooms (two participants per room)
✔Meals and coffee breaks are provided on an all-inclusive basis

Participation fee

There is no partipation fee

Accommodation and food

Accomodation and food is provided by hosting organisation 

Accommodation is arranged in double-occupancy rooms (two participants per room).

Meals and coffee breaks are provided on an all-inclusive basis.

Travel reimbursement

Reimbursement will be provided in accordance with the Erasmus+ rules.

Participants will recive the travel reimbursement based on the real costs and up to the limit buget. Detalied instruction will be sent separatly

2000 –2999 km // 535 euro //  395 euro
