Project description: [Aim] The aim of this seminar is to exchange good practices and create new methodologies, which can assist youth organizations to develop activities facing the issue of the youth employability and the inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities through innovative projects. [Objectives]: - To map the new challenges youth are facing in the labour market and in their involvement in the lifelong learning process. - To reflect on the new needs youth organizations and their target groups are having. - To promote the exchange of best practices and the transfer of innovation. - To enable participants to reflect on the already successful good practices and develop new ones. - To develop competences in setting up activities for young people from marginalized communities and analyze the challenges they face in their everyday work with youth with fewer opportunities. - To better understand the use of non-formal learning for achieving their goals. - To create a platform for the development of common projects in the near future. - To share knowledge about “Youth in Action” program and the new 2014-2020 program. - To draft follow-up activities [Eligibility Criteria] The project will involve 24 participants from 8 countries and will last for 6 working days. The candidates should be members of youth organizations, youth structures (youth centers, info points etc), public authorities working with youth, social workers and volunteers in the sector of youth empowerment/ motivation.
