In-Sense of Humanity

Training Course

10-22 September 2025 | Oasis Aérium, France

In-Sense of Humanity is a transformative training that fosters self-awareness, emotional literacy, and authentic connection through group processes, ecovillage living, and tools to support youth with compassion, clarity, and care.

In-Sense of Humanity is an immersive and transformative training designed for youth workers, facilitators, and changemakers seeking to deepen their self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and capacity to foster meaningful human connection.

Through experiential group processes, participants will embark on a powerful journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Guided by skilled facilitators, the training creates a safe and supportive space to explore emotions, needs, boundaries, and longings with honesty and compassion.

Set within the vibrant context of ecovillage life, participants will experience the rhythms of intentional community, regenerative living, and collective care. This grounding environment invites reflection, authenticity, and connection — both inwardly and with others.

Throughout the training, participants will:

  • Gain practical self-awareness tools to integrate into their work with youth
  • Engage in group experiences that foster trust, healing, and transformation
  • Cultivate clear and compassionate communication
  • Deepen their understanding of societal conditioning and shared trauma
  • Explore the foundations of relationships rooted in authenticity, trust, and mutual care

In-Sense of Humanity empowers participants to not only grow personally, but to return to their communities with greater presence, clarity, and skill in supporting others on their paths.
