In-sense of Humanity - Facilitation posture & Conflict management

Training Course

4-14 June 2026 | Oasis Aerium, France

In-Sense of Humanity is an immersive training for youth workers and changemakers to deepen self-awareness and connection. It builds emotional intelligence, communication, and facilitation skills, with tools for conflict, groups, and collective action.

In-Sense of Humanity is an immersive and transformative training designed for youth workers, facilitators, and changemakers who wish to deepen their self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and ability to foster meaningful human connections.

During this training, we will learn how to guide groups with clarity, confidence, and respect. We will explore our own patterns and develop more conscious ways of communicating and interacting with others.

Participants will gain practical tools to manage conflicts constructively, transforming challenges into opportunities for dialogue, understanding, and growth.

This training will support you in fostering cooperation, creating safe and inclusive group spaces, and facilitating activities that contribute to positive change in your community.

You will also experience community life firsthand by taking part in four half-days of shared work, actively contributing to the project.

Through experiential group processes, participants will embark on a powerful journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Guided by skilled facilitators, the training offers a safe and supportive space to explore emotions, needs, boundaries, and aspirations with honesty and compassion.

Set within the vibrant context of ecovillage life, the experience invites participants to connect with the rhythms of intentional community, regenerative living, and collective care. This grounding environment encourages reflection, authenticity, and deep connection — both with oneself and with others.

Throughout the training, participants will:

  • Gain practical self-awareness tools to integrate into their work with youth
  • Engage in group experiences that foster trust, healing, and transformation
  • Cultivate clear and compassionate communication
  • Deepen their understanding of societal conditioning and collective trauma
  • Explore the foundations of relationships rooted in authenticity, trust, and mutual care

In-Sense of Humanity empowers participants not only to grow personally, but also to return to their communities with greater presence, clarity, and the skills needed to support others on their journeys.

During the training, we will focus on four key aspects of group facilitation:

  • Creative facilitation
  • Emotional awareness
  • Governance and decision-making
  • Celebration and collective joy

We will also explore group dynamics, conflict management, and the essential elements of facilitation, offering practical tools to guide groups through decision-making processes and to harness collective intelligence.
