6-11 October 2025 | ANKARA, Türkiye

The 6-day training course brings together youth workers from 6 countries to raise awareness about increasing agricultural activities.

About the Project:

Our project aims to encourage young people to become interested in agriculture at an earlier age.

Main Objectives:

  • Raise awareness about the relationship between agriculture, climate crisis and employment.
  • Empower youth workers with green world strategies
  • Promote rational management of agriculture
  • Strengthen communication skills (both face-to-face and digital)
  • Support personal and professional development of youth workers
  • Promote intercultural dialogue and cooperation

What Will We Do?
During this 6-day mobility in Ankara, we will participate in:

  • Interactive workshops on the management of agricultural employment. • Informal educational activities focused on personal development
  • Group discussions, role-playing games and simulations
  • Cultural exchange sessions to strengthen intercultural learning
  • Develop practical tools and methods for youth workers to use in their communities

Who Are We Looking For? Youth workers who:

  • Work actively with young people
  • Be motivated to raise awareness about agriculture.
  • Be interested in informal learning methods
  • Be able to communicate in English
  • Plant a sapling and shoot a process video before the event
  • Be committed to sharing the project results with their local community

Project Activities: The project will include the following activities:
1. Online Participation Platform: A special online platform will be created for young people to share their ideas, discuss and interact.
2. Seminars: Seminars will be organised for young people from different regions to come together, exchange ideas and gain new perspectives.
3. Mentoring and Guidance: Experienced leaders and experts will mentor young people and guide them on project topics.
4. Social Events and Exhibitions: Project results will be presented to a wider audience through social events, exhibitions and publications.

Expected Benefits of the Project:
• Young people's ideas and suggestions will be taken into consideration by policymakers and leaders shaping the goal of a green world.
• Increased social awareness and participation among young people will contribute to a fairer and more sustainable green Europe.
• Young people will produce valuable solutions to social problems with their innovative and solution-oriented approaches.
• The project will strengthen social cohesion by increasing cooperation and understanding among young people.

Accommodation and food will be fully covered by the project budget. There will be no additional cost for participants regarding these expenses.

Travel reimbursement

Travel reimbursement

Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the distance bands set by Erasmus+ guidelines. Each participant will receive a reimbursement up to the maximum amounts listed below:

Germany: up to €395 per participant

France: up to €395 per participant

Palestine: up to €309 per participant

Ukraine: up to €309 per participant

Hungary: up to €309 per participant

Türkiye: €28 per participant (local participants)

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
