Theme of the training course: How to lead and facilitate international youth projects on intercultural dialogue? At this TC you can develop your competences as a youth leader by increasing your knowledge, sharing your experience and re-checking your attitude regarding cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue both on professional and private level. The overall aim of the training course is to support young people in improving their leadership skills and competences within the framework of projects on intercultural dialogue. Learning objectives of the training course are: - To develop and improve the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes of young people as leaders within international youth projects on intercultural dialogue. - To learn about new facilitation methods and tools relevant to intercultural dialogue. - To raise awareness on quality aspects of international youth projects addressing intercultural dialogue. - To raise awareness and learn possible ways for ensuring active participation of young people during the preparation, implementation and evaluation of youth projects; - To reflect on participants’ experiences and create recommendations for management of future projects within the framework of EC programme “YOUTH in ACTION” and the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe. - To offer the opportunity to meet potential projects partners. Who can participate in the training course - YOU are over 18 and under 236!; - YOU are interested in intercultural dialogue and in leading international youth projects; - YOU are ready to take actively part in the whole training course; - YOU have sufficient support from your organisation for initiating further activities with young people; - YOU are able to communicate English language. (Not Oxford level, but OK!)
