How to successfully carry out the projects – volunteering

Training Course

21-25 November 2022 | Prague, Czech Republic

We invite the representatives of the organisations holding Quality Label to participate in our training. We would like to provide a space in which you can freely exchange your experience and network among other organisations.

The activity will support the capacities of organisations that actively participate in volunteering actions of the European Solidarity Corps, in order to ensure quality and impact on the respective projects in connection to partners.

The activity will take place in Prague, which gives you an opportunity to discover the city.

The activity aims to:

  • further stimulate the development of volunteering projects within the European Solidarity Corps
  • foster partnership building and project management
  • ensure effectiveness as well as stimulate the development of cooperation among voluntary organisations

The programme will focus on key elements such as:

  • the role of the partners in the supporting process
  • how to find, build and keep quality partnerships
  • how to engage and motivate volunteers in the project
  • how to support each other for successful projects

The day of arrival is 21st November, three full days of training, the departure day is on 25th November.
