To make the learning more powerful and transformational, during this training course we  have chosen strong approach - to combine more common non-formal learning methods with Outdoor Experiential Learning and Learning in the Nature and 3-day hiking experience in  High Tatra Mountains. Slovensky skauting 3. Zbor Anicky a Borivoja Uhrovych Kezmarok is voluntary, non-political, non-governmental, non-profit autonomous organization with main focus on human values and non-formal education of children and youth. It is opened for all people regardless of the origin, race or religion. We have organized over a years (from 1990 as a non-formal group and from 1996 as the official organization) countless educational actions, trips, hikes, week meetings, summer and winter camps and gatherings at the local, regional, national and as a contributor on international level. As education of youngsters is one of the main purposes of scouting, we were building on principals of Baden Powell 's Scouting for boys, with influence of A.B. Svojsik's and Jaroslav Foglar's romantic ideas. Over the years the leaders of our depatement were gaining skills and knowlage about learning outdoors, about youngsters and their needs, as well as the gain of ''know how'' to lead and educate the youth in rather playful way while developing the whole personality in several areas such as life in nature and outdoors, citizenship and education for peace, sustainable development, solidarity and tolerance, performing arts and skills for life (team work, conflict resolution, planning and management, critical thinking…) Our continuation work, and methods which delegates from ''generation'' to generation of leaders ended up beeing unique (also in term of quality and complexity) also in circles of scouts. Many of our leaders are invited to scout's forest schools every year to be lectors. We are always on seek for new and inovative approaches. In order to contribute to professional development of your youth workers, we send our leaders to the educational happenings organised mostly on the national level.
