HEALTHY LIFESTYLE - IT'S A CHOICE NOT AN OBLIGATION
Working with youth workes and trainers to help develop healthy lifestyle habits in youth and the community. Working with different problems from different areas in Europe and finding common solutions for these problems.
his programme aims to equip participants with important experiential learning, essential for helping them educate their groups/pupils/teams in developing a healthy lifestyle taking into account all circumstances b it economical or cultural. The objective is to allow educators to understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle so that they can further educate others. Learning about the right choices and taking specific conditions into account. Learning about food types and preparation methods. In addition to the food aspect we will also look at easy and economical ways to keep fit with "what we have" and how important the entire process is in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Working in groups and reflecting on what participants have learned. Use of acquired knowledge in given scenarios drawn from their own target groups. Building on what they will take home.

Based on what they have learned, participants will need to design and present their methods and ideas for what they will teach when they return home.

We have had a lot of success in youth projects about Healthy lifestyles and have developed this training course to allow others to utilize our knowledge and experience in the field and all them to implement these ideas and practices in their own community.
