Hand in Hand is a seminar for Erasmus+ Youth accredited and non-accredited organizations, focused on practical cooperation in youth mobility projects. Participants will build partnerships, share experience, exchange methods and join a study visit.

Hand in Hand is an international seminar for Erasmus+ Youth accredited and active non-accredited organisations. It will focus on practical cooperation on youth mobility projects. Participants will build future Erasmus+ partnerships, share experience, exchange non-formal education methods, take part in a study visit.

The seminar aims to support organisations in building responsible, balanced, and long-term cooperation within the Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation framework. It focuses on strengthening the quality of partnerships and promoting shared responsibility in the planning and implementation of youth mobility projects.

Working methods:
-facilitated group discussions and guided reflection sessions;
-small-group and plenary work focused on concrete partnership situations;
-peer learning activities based on participants’ real experiences;
-structured exchanges of practices and working models used in Erasmus+ Youth projects;
-collaborative exercises supporting mutual understanding and trust.

Costs

Participation fee

Participation in this seminar is free of charge. HEureka Generator Association does not charge any participation fees and is committed to ensuring equal access to international activities regardless of participants’ economic situation, in line with the philosophy of the Erasmus+ programme. Organisations taking part in the seminar are also expected not to charge their participants any participation fees.

Accommodation and food

The event will take place in a youth centre with over 25 years of experience in hosting international youth projects. Accommodation and food costs are fully covered by the Erasmus+ grant. The organisers will provide accommodation and three meals per day for all participants.

Travel reimbursement

Travel costs will be reimbursed according to the Erasmus+ distance band rules. 

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
