Training Course
25 September - 3 October 2023 | Merine, Lecce, Italy
"Guiding Paths" is an international training program that empowers youth workers to become agents of cultural transformation. Through nature-based holistic development and mentoring, participants forge deep connections with the Earth, their inner selves, and others. This transformative program fosters personal growth, cultivates self-awareness, and promotes collaboration among diverse youth workers.
The training course will bring together 24 participants from Romania, Italy, Spain, Greece, Estonia, Sweden, and Cyprus.
“Given that the human soul is the very core of our human nature, we might note that, when we are guided by the soul, we are guided by nature. Both soul and greater nature do guide us in our individual development, whether or not we ask for this guidance.” ― Bill Plotkin, Nature and the Human Soul: Cultivating Wholeness and Community in a Fragmented World
"Guiding Paths" beckons you to engage with the innate wisdom of the Earth and your own body. This transformative training course invites you to embark on a profound exploration, focusing on the following dimensions:
The learning process is intentionally designed to stimulate and nurture all four dimensions of human existence: the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual realms.
Central to this training is the practice of mentoring, which lies at its very core.
In this course, mentoring serves as a powerful tool for reconnecting the soul with our physical bodies, bridging our soul's purpose with the wisdom held within our bodies.
The act of mentoring entails engaging the mentee in an embodied and archetypal understanding of their authentic self. Mentoring offers guidance through deep listening, asking questions, tracking, mirroring, loving and witnessing the blossoming of their story, into a more fulfilled and meaningful existence meant to serve the Earth community.
Participants of this course will embark on a guided exploration to rediscover their inner selves, harmonize their bodies, mind, and emotions, and express themselves openly and creatively. By stepping outside their comfort zones, cultivating trust, fostering openness, and establishing connections with themselves, others, and nature, participants lay a solid foundation for becoming agents of heartfelt, positive transformation within their communities.
