This training course aims to enhance your visual facilitation and communication skills. You will delve into visual thinking tools such as Mind Mapping, graphic facilitation, process recording, creative doodling, dreamstorming, digital graphic design

Based on the FlowInOut methodology, this training course aims to enhance your visual facilitation and communication skills. You will delve into visual thinking tools such as Mind Mapping, graphic facilitation, process recording, creative doodling, dreamstorming, digital graphic design and more. All of this will be achieved in a fun and engaging manner, while also connecting your learning with permaculture design principles.

Throughout this course, you will acquire universal design principles that can be applied to your real-life projects. Once you grasp the fundamentals of design, you will be able to apply them to absolutely everything. Therefore we will also introduce techniques as dragon dreaming and apply the learning outcomes in real life projects and processes.

By participating in this training course, you will:

  • Learn various visual thinking tools, including Mind Mapping, graphic facilitation, creative doodling.
  • Transform concepts into visual representations
  • Connect your learning with permaculture design principles.
  • Acquire universal design principles and methods applicable to real-life projects.
  • Gain proficiency in using markers, whiteboards, flipcharts, post-its, flow charts, digital flyers and posters.
  • Enhance your ability to foster collaboration within a team.
  • Unlock your creativity and expand your visual vocabulary.
  • Discover your personal thinking and perception styles.
  • Create effective communication strategies.

More precisely, the objectives are:

- To learn different graphic facilitation techniques

- To learn how to use graphic facilitation as a tool for long lasting youth learning

- To bring awareness and explore inclusive and effective ways of communication using graphic facilitation

- To learn to create resources for supporting and empower youth using visuals on how to communicate in public and with wider audiences.

Is a training course for youth workers and facilitators that work that work with youth daily in the field of sustainability. Teaching, hosting, guiding, supporting.  Also for youth workers and youth leaders that are in contact with youth organizations and in the field of permaculture, sustainability and climate change movement.

Mas Les Vinyes is a renowned regenerative land and non-formal training center that offers courses in Permaculture, regenerative agriculture, natural building, and more. This intentional community project, started in 2013, focuses on the regeneration of land, as well as the economic, social, and emotional resilience of its members.

Costs

Participation fee

There is a fee of 20 euros to support the extra cost of the training materials. Each participant will receive a personal working kit with ecological materials to work during the course and also to bring it home.

Travel reimbursement

The travels will be reimbursed accornig to the following amounts
