GPS - Grow Partnership Strategies

Training Course

12 October - 3 November 2020 | Online (Applicant Organisation: Sweden), Sweden

We'll develop and deepen our knowledge on Erasmus+ Programme, dedicating time to analyze European projects, discuss quality of projects and how that can be a tool to empower young people towards inclusion and active participation.

GPS will be the time to explore the Programme Erasmus+, get to know more about it, its KAs, who can apply for prohects, prpject management sessions and discussions on room for improvement.

The TC was initially about to be hosted in Sweden and is now switched into online sessions, which will be delivered on Zoom. The project is a partnership between Sweden, Romania, Spain, the UK, Poland, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Ireland, Greece and Portugal.

(NOTE: Once you get accepted for the TC, make sure  you have these three weeks available to involved in the learning and group dynamic).

As for online learning, there will be sessions online to host activities to get to know each other, meetings, discussions, reflections and there will also be work from home to get to know more about the Programme Erasmus+. This way, GPS will last longer and require less involvement by the whole group to gather together. It will be more flexible in the matter of time, but we'd highly suggest the participants to book the time in these weeks to be involved in the learning.

We will have three weeks training, when the group meets Mondays and Thursdays to summarize information and in between, the participants will receive materials and get to the trainer with reflections and feedback and can gather together, voluntarily, for work.

Day 1 is for getting to know each other and the last day is for final reflection/ evaluation and certification. This means we will be involved for a few hours in working online in these two days. :) This is a new experience to all of us, so the best part of it is that we will all learn together ;)
