Go Visual training will help develop competence of educators, trainers, youth workers and young people in visual thinking tools and graphic facilitation, in order to empower, raise effectiveness and quality of educational process and learning.

ABOUT THE LTTC (long-term training course):

This training helps to build a holistic and inclusive educational environment, where participants not just receivers but also active actors and contributors to their own learning process.

During the training you will understand that you can draw and effectively use visuals in your youth work/ educational practice.

KEY OBJECTIVES:

  • To increase awareness and importance of the use of the visual thinking tools in educationand youth work, and how to apply them to concrete youth training and work;
  • To learn how to create and design visual instruments/ products to support the learning process of young people and graphic facilitation competence development.
  • To explore why visuals useful and how they help to better remember & understand things, empower and motivate, grab attention & and call to action.
  • To learn about and practice using various types of visual work ( sketch notes infographics, metaphors, graphic facilitation etc.) in the educational practice of participants.

Participants:

  • fluent in English, the official language of the project
  • involved in youth work or NFE activities with young people
  • participant should participate in the whole duration of the LTTC
  • interested in learning and practicing the topic of graphic facilitation and visual thinking tools

Selected participants are in charge of organising a local event (seminar, workshop, training etc) for own community within the month and a half after the training course comes to an end. Selected participants are in charge of dissemination and visibility activities of the project.

Go Visual - is a long-term training course, so we hope you can join us for the whole duration of the course.

Participation fee

Please note, that there is a participation fee of 30 EUR per participant per training, that will be collected at the venue.

Accommodation and food

Accommodation and food will be provided during the training course.

Travel reimbursement

Germany - 23 EUR Hungary, Poland, Italy- 275 EUR / 320 EUR ( in case of green travel) Greece,Lithuania, Spain - 275 EUR Cyprus- 360 EUR *costs in euro, per person
