SALTO Green is pleased to announce the organisation of its first annual conference on green transition and sustainable development. The 2-day event takes place in Paris on October 13 and 14.

Day 1 – Tuesday 13/10
Green transition across sectors: a policy perspective
Change agents for sustainability in organisations: keynote followed by a focus on GCP’s role in national agencies
Interactive session (#1)
Connecting priorities: opportunities and challenges
UN international year of volunteering on sustainable development: how volunteering projects are driving sustainable changes

Day 2 – Wednesday/14

The role of education in transitions
How cooperation in Erasmus+ and ESC fosters the green transition and sustainability education Climate disinformation
Interactive session (#2)
Green skills, guidance and employability

Profile of participants:

- Beneficiaries : project with an ongoing project or wishing to submit one, from youth & sport or ESC and covering any key action of the programmes

- Other target groups: organisations with an interest in the ‘green’ priority and/or wishing to cooperate with SALTO Green

Objectives:

Developing knowledge on green transition and sustainability

Sharing inspiring examples to help beneficiaries improve the green quality of their projects

Promoting Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps as key drivers for change
