Global Peace Starts from within

Training Course

26 January - 1 February 2026 | Marbella, Spain

We believe that true, sustainable global peace can only be built upon the foundation of inner peace—a state achieved through self-knowledge and self-care, conscious relationships, and creative empowerment.

`The outer world is a reflection of the inner world.´

This intensive Training Course is designed for youth workers, educators and youth leaders  who are ready to dive deep into personal development. We believe that true, sustainable global peace can only be built upon the foundation of inner peace—a state achieved through self-knowledge and self-care, conscious relationships, and creative empowerment.

Our training is experiential, reflective, and co-creative. We move beyond theoretical discussions to engage the body, mind, and spirit.

The methological pillars, techniques and activities:

  • Inner Core Work: Utilize the Amaranta Method to connect with your personal essence, release limiting roles and masks, practice forgiveness, and address collective memories and relational conflicts (including through quantum codes).
  • Emotions & Body Contact: Explore and regulate emotions, affectivity, and harmonious relationships through movement-based techniques like Biodanza and dedicated Body Contact Activities.
  • Creative Empowerment: Use Voice Exploration, Singing, and Artistic Expression (plastic and written) as vital tools for personal empowerment and expanding the project's message locally and globally.
  • Critical Dialogue, Non formal education & Strategy: Engage in Theatre of the Oppressed, Debates, and Group Reflections to critically analyze conflict. Translate insights into action by forming small groups to create new strategies, ideas, and partnerships focused on promoting peace among young people.
  • Intercultural learning: Foster tolerance and diversity through shared life and the Intercultural Evening, connecting with European roots and customs through popular games and group dances to build a strong, supportive "tribe."
