Getting Started with a Small-Scale Partnership (KA210) – Erasmus+ in the Field of Youth

Training Course

9-11 June 2026 | Lille, France, France

The training course aims to strengthen organisations’ capacity to design high-quality projects under the call for proposals for Small-Scale Partnership projects (KA210).

The training course is co-organised by the Erasmus+ France Youth and Sport National Agency and the International Youth Bureau (Belgium).

Objectives :

The training aims to enable participants to design high-quality Small-Scale Partnership projects. More specifically, it will enable them to:

  • foster networking among French, Belgian and Luxembourgish organisations;
  • develop or refine their project ideas;
  • acquire a sound project design methodology;
  • master the drafting of an Erasmus+ application;
  • overcome the main challenges related to Erasmus+ projects;
  • understand the practical implementation of a funded Erasmus+ project;
  • develop a project outline in order to grasp the logical framework and administrative requirements of the programme;
  • exchange good practices and explore previously implemented projects.

Target Group :

The training is intended for a group of around twenty French-speaking participants from France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

What is expected from participants ?

Participants must :

  • be able to speak French;
  • be affiliated with an organisation (association, local authority, etc.) active in the field of youth and located in one of the countries participating in the training (France, Belgium, Luxembourg);
  • have a project idea with a view to submitting a KA210 application under the March 2027 call for proposals;
  • be in a position to propose, design and draft a KA210 application on behalf of their organisation;
  • have been selected by their National Agency;
  • be available to attend the entire training course, from 9 to 11 June 2026.

Previous experience in submitting an application under the Erasmus+ Programme (Youth field), even if not selected for funding, will be considered an asset in the selection process.

Dates and Location :

The training will take place in Lille, France.

Participants are expected to arrive in Lille on the morning of 9 June 2026 and leave on the late afternoon of 11 June 2026. Early arrival on 8 June and late departure on 12 June will be offered to participants travelling from locations far from Lille.

Practical details (exact venue, schedule, logistical information) will be communicated to selected participants closer to the training. An information pack will be sent in May.

Transportation, accommodation, on-site meals, and training costs will be covered by the organising Erasmus+ National Agencies.
