GENDER IN ACTION

Training Course

13-19 April 2026 | Pinos Genil (Granada), Spain

This training offers a dedicated space to go deeper into gender-related issues within international mobilities and professional contexts.

It is designed for participants who already have experience working with gender equality and wish to further develop a critical and reflective understanding of gender dynamics.

The training explores how gender, power and inequality operate in everyday professional practices, particularly in mobility and international cooperation settings. Through reflection, case analysis and peer exchange, participants will examine complex situations, question established approaches and deepen their capacity to address genderrelated challenges in a meaningful and informed way.

AIMS

- Support participants in exploring how gender dynamics influence professional roles, decision-making and organisational practices.
- Getting deep in concepts regarding gender and intersectionality.
- Strengthen participants’ capacity to engage with gender equality in a meaningful and informed way.
- Share knowledge and good practices regarding gender equality.

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE

This training is aimed at professionals working in education, youth work, volunteering, social projects or related fields who have an interest in gender equality and wish to deepen their understanding of gender-related issues.

It is especially suitable for participants who:
- Have some previous exposure to gender equality concepts through their work or studies.
- Feel the need to go beyond basic approaches and reflect more critically on gender, power and inequality.
- Are motivated to question assumptions, engage in self-reflection and learn from shared experiences.
