FundYOUth

Training Course

22-23 June 2023 | Belgrade, Serbia

The FundYOUth training course is focused on building the capacity of youth organisations to adapt further and diversify their funding sources, thus strengthening their resilience in a sustainable manner

Pandemics and the post-pandemic period have shown us the fragility of youth work and youth organisations but also brought a lot of learning and development opportunities based on the awareness of the necessity to change. We often talk about resilience and sustainability, but how do we reach them? How do we transform these concepts into everyday reality in our organizations?

Join the FundYOUth training course, which is focused on building the capacity of youth organisations to adapt further and diversify their funding sources, thus strengthening their resilience in a sustainable manner.

Is this training for you?

This is a great opportunity for you if you are managing a youth NGO, you are a project coordinator or you are responsible for any of the following topics: fundraising, partnership building, project implementation, and strategic planning.

Objectives

We will work together to reach the following objectives:

- Increase awareness about diverse funding opportunities;

- Strengthen understanding of own organizational capacity - where you are and what challenges and opportunities need to be tackled;

- Build strategic and tactical steps to ensure organizational resilience and growth - diversify funding, build partnerships and increase your reach and impact.

Trainers

An experienced youth trainer who has worked extensively with young people and youth workers will facilitate the training. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from their expertise and engage in interactive activities and discussions with their colleagues in a supportive and collaborative environment.
