Fundamentals of Digital Project Management

This online course introduces youth project managers, youth workers, trainers, and students to the principles, tools, and techniques of digital project management. It focuses on managing digital products and services, such as websites, mobile applications, software, and digital marketing campaigns, from conception to completion. Students will apply modern project management methodologies, use collaboration tools, and lead cross-functional teams in dynamic digital environments.

Every Thursday, for 5 weeks and 2-hour sessions, the facilitator will explore:

2. Project Initiation and Planning

3. Project Methodologies and Structures

4. Execution, Monitoring, and Control

5. Project Closure and Evaluation
