From Spark to Habit: Inspiring young people to an active Lifestyle (in German language)

Training Course

22-25 September 2026 | Sporthotel Leweck, Lipperscheid , Luxembourg

In this German speaking training we will explore innovative, low-threshold approaches to motivate young people and exchange best-practices (Expert input, round tables, in/outdoor workshops).

Die Entwicklung der Jugendlichen und Bewegung sind eng miteinander verbunden:

  • Bewegung kann als Ausgangspunkt für die Entwicklung einer aktiven Lebensweise dienen.
  • Körperliche Aktivität gilt als Mittel zum Aufbau von Resilienz, Selbstvertrauen und sozialen Kompetenzen.

Ziel des Trainings ist es, Wissen und bewährte Verfahren auszutauschen, um Strategien in der Jugendarbeit zu entwickeln, um die punktuellen sportlichen Aktivitäten/Bewegungspraktiken der Jugendlichen in dauerhafte Motivation umwandeln. Wir behandeln die Frage wie man jungen Menschen helfen kann, aktiv zu bleiben, gesünder zu leben und Sport in ihren Alltag zu integrieren. Wir möchten sowohl die Gemeinsamkeiten als auch die Unterschiede zwischen europäischen Jugendorganisationen untersuchen, eine Plattform bieten um die vielfältigen Ressourcen, die sie bieten, vorstellen und Ideen aus zu tauschen.

Die Ziele des Trainings sind:

  • Best-Practice-Beispiele in der nichtformalen Bildung zu analysieren und daraus Qualitätskriterien Qualitätskriterien ab zu leiten.
  •  Methoden zur Motivation junger Menschen zu einem aktiven Lebensstil vor zu stellen und zu analysieren.
  • die Vernetzung zwischen Jugendarbeitern aus verschiedenen Ländern und Menschen mit unterschiedlichem Hintergrund zu fördern.

Costs

Participation fee

 

This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.

Accommodation and food

 

The hosting NA will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food. Participants will be hosted in single rooms. Possible quarantine fees will not be covered by the NA. Additional days before and after the activity have to be organised and covered by the participant.

Travel reimbursement

 

Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
