A 5-part online webinar series for youth workers and leaders. Topics include automation in youth projects, participation strategies, youth exchanges, qualification of youth leaders, and mental health. Free, practical, and open to all. March–April 2026.

This 5-part online webinar series is designed for youth workers, youth leaders, and project coordinators active in non-formal learning and youth work across Europe.

Each session offers practical knowledge and hands-on insights on key topics relevant to today's youth work landscape:

Qualification of Youth Leaders (18 March 2026, 17:00 CET) – Discover how automation can simplify administrative tasks, boost efficiency, and free up more time for meaningful youth work.

Do's & Don'ts for Youth Exchanges (19 March 2026, 15:00 CET) – Gain real-life guidance on planning and running quality youth exchanges, avoiding common mistakes.

Participation 360° (20 March 2026, 14:00 CET) – Practical strategies for engagement of young people in youth projects, communities or organisations on local, regional and international level

Mental Health in Youth Projects (23 March 2026, 17:00 CET) – Build awareness of mental health, self-care strategies, and support structures for those working with young people.

Power of Automation in Youth Work (2 April 2026, 16:00 CET) – Strengthen competencies, clarify roles, and learn methods for reflection and quality assurance in youth projects.

All webinars are free to attend, held online, and delivered in English. Each session lasts 2 hours and will be recorded — recordings will be made available publicly after each session.

Whether you are new to youth work or an experienced practitioner, this series offers valuable learning and the opportunity to connect with peers from across the Platform Network and beyond.
